ABSTRACT
This short presentation will be about the use of the European CoSy compiler development system for parallel architectures. It will cover the history of ACE in compilers for parallel systems, the various industrial and academic projects and selected results, as well as the potential use by BSC/UPC for advanced future projects in areas from High Performance Computing to Cyber Physical Systems. This presentation will be more from an industrial perspective than a scientific one.
